Shipping Policy


1. Order processing

Our working hours are Monday to Friday (except holidays). Under normal circumstances, the deadline for orders on the day is 11:59pm (Pacific Time). Orders will be processed on the next business day and shipped after 1 business day. Please allow at least 2 working days for us to process your order.


Occasionally, processing time delays or order cancellations may occur when out of stock or out of stock. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, insufficient address information, holidays or operator reasons.

2. Courier company

In order to ensure delivery quality, will only use UPS as a courier company. UPS can track and confirm packages, estimated delivery time and insurance.


Please check carefully to ensure that the delivery information and address are complete and correct (including room number, etc.). If UPS needs to sign for the package, please sign for it. UPS will try to deliver the goods 3 times during the time except weekends and holidays.

3. U.S. delivery (48 states)

In order to accurately track and prevent lost packages, only uses UPS services for transportation in the United States.

4. Canada delivery

For Canadian orders, we use UPS (standard) and DHL services. For Canadian orders over CAD$200, provides free UPS (standard) shipping or discounted DHL shipping.

5. Delivery in China

For orders from China, we use China-Canada Express (standard) and EMS services.

6. How long will be able to ship?

Delivery within 48 hours. We ship from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on the next Monday. If there is any delay in shipment or the product is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email.

8. Customs and tariffs

We will not be responsible for customs fees in any country. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special requirements, please leave us a message when placing the order so that we can meet your requirements.


If the customer has not received the order within three working days after the order status shows that it has been shipped, it may be detained by the customs. If this happens, please contact customer service.

9. Shipping policy

The countries we ship to include: United States, Canada. Addresses containing PO Box, APO and FPO are currently not available for delivery.

Please check carefully and make sure that the shipping information is correct before submitting the order. Even if it is a free shipping order, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs when the following situations occur:

Inaccurate or undeliverable shipping address

Please check carefully to ensure that the shipping method and address are correct and complete (including apartment room numbers, etc.). is not responsible for any inaccurate delivery methods and addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and accurate delivery method and address to UPS. Any additional costs caused by the replacement or modification of the second address will be borne by the customer. will contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping costs as much as possible.

Delivery failed

If UPS requires the signature of the recipient, please confirm the package and sign for it. UPS provides three delivery opportunities except holidays and weekends. If the package cannot be signed by the customer for the third time, that is, the last delivery attempt, UPS will return the package to the delivery person. Any costs incurred due to delivery failure shall be borne by the customer.

Package rejected

Any shipping costs caused by the refusal of delivery will be borne by the customer.

The package is repatriated and shipped again will inform the customer of the order status. If the customer wishes to receive the goods, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer no longer needs the product, the customer will bear the delivery failure and a 10% replacement fee. Customers will get a full refund after deducting shipping costs, shipping failure related costs, and 10% replacement fee. If the customer does not respond or contact us within 20 working days after sends the notice, will refund the full refund after excluding the shipping fee, shipping failure related costs, and 10% replacement fee.
